Our vision has always been to provide consulting, Conferences and materials to help develop you or your organization qualitatively and quantitatively by helping you to developing committed leadership from within or appeal to those in your target audience. Many groups will tell you that their members are their greatest asset. Then if you ask anyone what their organization's greatest need is you'll probably hear "We need help!"

We are here to help you, whether it's a Team Building Seminar, a rockin' Women's Conference, Performance consulting, or help with data processing needs in your organization. (We can even research what your staff and target audience REALLY think of your organization!)

Our offices are located in Lynchburg, Virginia and in Orlando, Florida but we have contacts worldwide. Our staff members have over a century of combined experience working with Campus Crusade for Christ International and some of the best churches in the country wth resources to help your church to grow.
