Tip Killingsworth, M.A. PHR was Family Life Pastor at One Community Church for a year after 5 years pastoring at Thomas Rd. Baptist Church.  Tip now leads a consulting effort for those who want to see their church grow in membership and quality ministry.  Tip serves on the Missions faculty of Liberty University's School of Religion as he completes work on his Doctor of Ministry degree. 

Laurie Steen Killingsworth, Writer and Speaker provides leadership for various church women's conferences that have been extraordinarily successful.

Tip and Laurie have five grown children and worked with Campus Crusade for Christ for thirty years until beginning MasterLife International. Tip earned his Professional in Human Resources certificate in 1994. He was chaplain of the L.A. Rams, L.A. Raiders, and L.A. Clippers during the late 80's before moving to Lynchburg, VA in 2002.  Boyd Johnson, (not pictured) taught health and Physical Educaton in the Valencia Community College system for over 30 years before retiring to join MasterLife International. Boyd is an active member of First Presbyterian Church and provides leadership in a number of areas but most notably by helping men to develop and live as "men of distinction."
